Musanze town to host international business forum

Musanze District is set to host an international business forum expected to help locals get more awareness on business starts-ups and investment.

The Dubbed conference as ‘Kingdom Business Forum’ slated on 9th to 11th November 2022 bringing together the private sector, churches, local leaders and economic experts in Musanze town.

About 60 from abroad are expected.

Speaking to journalists early this week, The Vice Mayor in charge of Economic Development for Musanze District, Andrew Rucahana Mpuwe, said that the forum comes as one of the ways the district in putting in a lot of efforts and working with stakeholders to make sure population have better livelihood and making the town a hub for local international conferences.

Musanze is well known as a tourism center and one of the six secondary cities after Kigali.

“We are working with every stakeholder to help the district keep developing and making the town an international conference hub after Kigali City. All of these are aimed at having a safe citizen,” he said.

The forum has been organized by Musanze District in partnership with Fatherhood Sanctuary Church, founded and headquartered in the town.

According to Bishop Pacifique Hakizimana of Fatherhood Sanctuary Church, there are people from different churches invited that will benefit from this business and investment meeting.

Delegations from the five countries; South Africa, Zambia, Kenya, United States of America and Rwanda will be discussing business opportunities, investments and networking on how believers can become business people, he said.
